It’s our annual evening of impact, celebration, and gratitude! Join us September 17 for our Fourth Annual Soiree Fundraiser. We’ll have lots of surprises before and after dessert — we’ll gather at 6:00pm at The Seville in Streamwood for dinner, fun, and purpose. A mystery book raffle and auction have been added to our widely popular soda fountain, book reading, and walk-through Ruth Project experience. Reserve a seat for yourself and your spouse or friend — or reserve an entire table with your eight best friends who want to know more about The Ruth Project>2026 Soiree
“I was beginning to think I couldn’t do this anymore…but now I know I can!” This foster mom’s words are the reason we host our Women’s Ruth Retreat. On August 7-9, sixty women gathered at The Farm to hear Biblical teaching, study God’s Word, and spend time alone with the Lord to gain direction on how to live for eternity. Tammy McMahan’s Legacy Living Study was the anchor for the weekend. Another highlight was a day of pampering with pedicures, shopping, Starbucks, hotel resting, and crafting. This is just one of the ways your support transforms hearts and strengthens foster families!
Earlier this summer Harvest Bible Chapel Crystal Lake Women’s Ministry served our families at their breakfast event. These women rolled up their sleeves to assemble Fourth of July boxes to mail to our families. It was a whirlwind as we customized each box with sparkly necklaces and candy, sweet one-line notes and Scripture, and family games. It was another reminder of the meaningful ways we can support and love our families – over 500 family members in 98 families were thrilled with their box of celebration! Thank you, HBC ladies!
